  This place is the WORST! I came in for a free consultation, where this man took complete advantage of me and the emotional state I was in. I was told I needed him if I wanted even a chance of seeing my kids, so I gave him a check for $1000.00 and asked him to wait to see if I could even come up with the rest of the money. I called his office the NEXT business day and left a message with the office manager saying I did not want to proceed and I wanted my money back I was going to try to work things out with my husband. She did not give him my messages. Four days later I finally caught him at his office, I told him I wasn't going to proceed and I just wanted my check back, he refused to speak to me because he said his daughter had an accident in her pants, I offered to wait or come back in an hour or two he refused, he walked inside his business and locked the door so that I could not follow. He then skipped out on the next two appointments and will not respond to any of my phone calls or emails, it has been 3 weeks. He did not perform any services for me and I did not sign any legal retainer contract. He has stolen my money, and spent it. This is why he will not return my calls. On top of that, the office manager has been completely unprofessional complaining to me about other clients! Calling them stupid! Also allowing her children to answer the phone because she has had all of the business phones forwarded to her cell phone. I have literally spent an hour on the phone with her autistic son trying to ask him to hand the phone to his mother. She has told me that I need to treat the lawyer with sugar and honey because he is easily put in a bad mood, she explained the problems that she is having in her own personal life she has also explained that the attorney himself is going through a divorce the exact same day I came in for my consultation, that his wife is taking all of the furniture out of their business and now I need to treat him with sympathy because this is a hard time for him. After 3 weeks of me calling and emailing everyday she has told me that she is sick of me and I need to talk to the Attorney (who is who I'm trying to call!) PLEASE DON'T GO HERE! YOU WILL BE ROBBED! I have reported him to the Better Business Bureau and also the Florida Bar. I hope he gets his license revoked because this man is in no shape capable, of helping anyone! Especially himself.

  Run don't walk from this attorney run, I had to file a motion to have him removed as my counsel. I also filed a lawsuit and a complaint with the Fl Bar against him.

  I would give 0 Stars if I could but Google made me post at least one star. I hired a new attorney and have filed a complaint with the Florida bar.

  DO NOT USE HIM!!!!!! I wouldn't have even given him one star if that was possible and still add a comment. Osa was TERRIBLE! I am 11 months into my case and he has filed little to no paper work on my behalf and has refused to return any calls or emails answering as to why he isn't working. He even had the audacity to tell me he was "only making 800.00$ and that is next to nothing. If you're looking for a good attorney keep looking. I completely agree with Anna hunt and was told many of the same stories by his receptionist which is his sister just an fyi. I was told he didn't contact me for 4 straight months despite me calling daily and emailing weekly because the divorce got bad and his soon to be ex hacked all of his files computers tablets phones and everything and that she got all his phone numbers and email address and that's why he couldn't contact me. So does that also mean your personal paper work isn't safe here? Even though he sees my case manager daily he could even let him know he was having these alleged problems or get my number from him or pass a message to me from him or anything. This has been a problem since day one and I am the dummy for not firing him sooner. Osa himself told me at one point that things I find important in my child dependency case are stupid and unimportant.Mean while I'm a mother without her children and an attorney who could care less about anything but himself. He cared so much about my case while we were sitting in front if the judge on one occasion I had to ask him to put his phone away as he continued to text and hear nothing being said about my case. His response was my wife and I are in the middle of a divorce and I need to take care of this now. He is so comfortable in screwing people that 6 moths ago when i told him this was a problem for me and if i needed to call the bar i would, he laughed and said go ahead they wont do anything but send me a letter.I have fired him and also reported him the bar. Thankfully for me I had all the call records and unanswered emails to provide to the bar to aide in their investigation.
