- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We've been living here at Magnolia Gardens now for 5 years and in those 5 years we've had 3 Managers and 5 maintenance supervisors and one did both. Now we have another New Manager and this one only works 2 time's aweek and we don't have anyone for maintenance eather! This place is going to the dogs because no one is able to run this place right and the NRP group and the Brooksville Housing Authority don't want to do anything to get the place back to being beautiful again. It's to bad that Magnolia Gardens is being rundown like it is but I guess that Old and sick people don't have the right to live a happy life that they deserve, and that goes for our veterans who live here. We really liked this place when we moved in and we hope that someone will realize that this needs to be fixed and then maybe we can get this place to look good again.By SENIOR 51, June 19, 2017
