  On hold in position #1 for over an hour. Had to hang up because unlike government employees, I can't wait on hold forever. What a waste of my taxpayer dollars.

  worst customer service I have ever had on hold for ever and when they picked up the rep said hold on please let me check on that and disconnected the call, Called back and back on hold at the end of the Que again such a crappy system but they have a multi million dollar building to house these fools

  Lowest I can rate. I wish they had no stars. The trash company that is now incorporated into you water bill is rude and lazy. They forgot my trash for 2 trash days then kept giving me excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't get it. Finally it started to rain and get water logged then they said it was too heavy so I broke it up into smaller bags then they still tried to say it was too heavy. I made them stop the truck and I emptied it myself. I have had 3 back surgeries and I was able to lift it. I would hate to see if they had to do an honest day's work.
